This person will be answering phone calls on a regular basis, making sure that the appropriate personnel is informed as soon as possible.
This person will be taking and delivering information and messages both internally and externally.
This person will be maintaining the conference room schedule and log of incoming and outgoing packages.
This person will also be responsible for typing, mailing, sorting and other clerical and administrative duties as seen fit.
This person must be able to read, analyze and interpret documents such as rules, operating materials, and procedure manuals, with the ability to multitask.
Must have working knowledge of office machines and efficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
A Bachelor's degree is not required, but strongly preferred.
This person MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably within a law firm.
