WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Effective collaborating as part of high-performing team
- Analytical, strong problem solving skills
- Experienced at estimating work effort and timelines for assigned work
Required Technical Skills
- Approximately 4+ yrs .Net, specifically utilizing C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML
- Approximately 2+ yrs developing in SQLServer environment w/ T-SQL
- HTML5, CSS3, jQuery (if no jQuery then JavaScript)
- Experience developing complex applications, preferably enterprise apps with 4+ team members working on projects of at least 6 months duration for development phase
- Development experience at all tiers of n-tiered application(s)
Desired but Optional Skills
- Design Patterns including MVC
- WCF Web Services
- Agile development experience (SCRUM)
- Insurance domain experience
- Sitecore CMS
- MS Application Blocks – UI, Exception Management, Data Layer
- UML – Static Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams
- Websphere MQ
