Job Requirements

  • Maintain the Workday application and integrations/interfaces ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Configure and maintain Workday HR/ Payroll Administration setup tables
  • Create and analyze exception reports to ensure data integrity throughout the environment
  • Support the team with day to day HRIS user request and reporting
  • Monitor, audit and administer HRIS database integrity
  • Support Workday upgrades, patches, enhancements, testing and validation
  • Participate in discussions to evaluate future enhancements and modules, recommend usage, and support the implementation of future Workday modules
  • Gather business requirements and translate into functional and technical requirements
  • Identify, recommend and implement business process improvements
  • Liaise with user community to ensure optimal system configuration and performance to meet business requirements
  • Create and maintain role based security administration of Workday applications

    Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years HRIS experience with Workday Application
  • A Minimum of 2 years HRIS application implementation and support experience
  • Corporate Acquisition experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and HR processes/data
  • Must have experience with actively participating in system-related projects
  • Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
