Property Docketing Assistant

Charlotte, NC office of large regional law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Docketing Assistant with experience to include patent, trademark and litigation docketing skills. 

Candidate will process daily mail for intellectual property group and perform data entry, to include docketing deadlines.  Experience in tracking and payment of annuity, maintenance and renewal fees preferred.  



Job Requirements

Candidate should be: 
  • Professional
  • Well organized 
  • Detail-oreinted
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to meet multiple daily deadlines 
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Windows XP and docketing software is preferred. 

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of docketing experience
