We are currently searching for an AUDIT MANAGER located in Valley Forge, PA.


The general mission of the Internal Audit and Internal Control Department is:

-To assist the Group in designing the Group’s internal control policies & procedures and coordinate its deployment in partnership with the functional departments.

-To check that Group rules are enforced and make sure that the internal control mechanisms designed by the Group entities are efficient and relevant.

The audits are planned by the Internal Audit and Internal Control Department based on the overall internal audit program approved by senior management and communicated to the Financial Statements Committee of the Board of Directors. 


Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.


Internal auditors may be asked to support a SG location globally and should be prepared for international travel.


Managers are expected to intervene in all countries and all Group business sectors. They are assigned to missions by the Internal Audit and Internal Control Department and follow a common methodology.


The business travel rate is around 40% to 50%.


Job Responsibilities:

In line with this context, Managers of internal auditors intervene partially or globally on the different aspects of the mission as it is defined hereafter, either under the supervision of a Team Lead, or as Head of the mission under the supervision of a Director if they are fully in charge:

Audit Planning:

•Identify team assignments and roles;

•Supervise auditors in your authority for the length of the audit;

Ensure cost and schedule identified appropriate for audit needs;

•Delegate audit roles to your team

•Creation of the program and planning of the audit;

•Collection of the preliminary and necessary information for a good preparation of the mission;

•Organization of the travel (transportation, accommodation);

Audit Field Work:

•Identify key risks;

•Quality, Quality, Quality…Review team’s work-product to ensure high quality;

•Diagnose the controls or processes of the entity or audited company;

•Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the organization in place;

•Assess the level of risk management by the entity or the company;

•Provide recommendations to the Management of the audited company to enable them to improve the level of management of their operations and initiate changes (if necessary);

•Check the compliance of processes in place with laws and rules to be applied;

•Ensure that Group methods and rules are well applied;

Audit Report:

•Provide findings and recommendations in a draft report;

•Deliver objective evaluation of the findings, conclusions and recommendations. A particular attention will be given to the drafting of the mission report, both in the content (proven facts, synthesis) and in the form (presentation);

•Identify actions needed to satisfy each recommendation and finding;

•Ensure draft audit report is ready for Director Review;

Job Requirements

•CPA, CIA, CISA or CFE completed or in-process required

•good understanding of various audit methodologies;

•2-3 years’ experience in auditing;

•bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field;

•MBA preferred

•ability to create organized workpapers and synthesize into a consolidated report;

•strong orientation toward internal controls, risk assessments and operational auditing;

•ability to identify risks and measure them

•fluent English; knowledge of a 2nd language preferred
