Job Description
- Attend virtual customer service training classes to learn the job from 10:00am - 7:00pm EST Monday through Friday for 6 weeks
- Receive inbound calls from your home office, assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, programming, equipment, and account needs to ensure one call resolution
- Offer enhanced services to customers
- Meet daily quality goals and customer survey performance metrics
- Provide outstanding customer service support
- Communicate company policies to customers
- Utilize call center computer technology to input, track and report customer issues
- Work EVENING SCHEDULE that includes SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS once training is complete.
- Meet daily schedule adherence requirements and maintain excellent attendance
