S&ME, Inc., an engineering and environmental services firm, is seeking full-time, experienced, Construction Materials Technicians to be based in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include: testing of soil, concrete, stone base, pavements, masonry, and structural steel on construction sites.
 

The qualified candidate must have:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 2 or more years of experience in construction testing/inspections of soil, concrete, and/or asphalt materials preferred
• ICC, ACI, NICET & AWS certification preferred
• Lifting required 40 to 50 lbs
• Advanced math (algebraic) and writing skills preferred
