EXECUTIVE SEARCH RECRUITER

All Medical Personnel’s Executive Search Division is hiring. The Search team is now seeking viable Executive Recruiters to join the high energy excitement and play an important role: growing the business, filling All Medical’s top client’s job orders, and serving clients with the utmost in professionalism. All Medical Personnel Executive Search Division prides itself on hiring only the best Executive Recruiters, boasts an enviable client list and leverages the latest in technology and a National Business Development Division to fuel its pipeline. All Medical has over 200 employees nationwide and has proudly served clients for over 23 years. If you have a proven track record of production, have high energy and want to be part of a rapidly growing Executive Search Division within a stable, leading Healthcare personnel company, you may belong here.

Responsibilities:
    • Define and stretch clients’ search requirements
    • Create a targeted search strategy
    • Identify potentially viable candidates
    • Interview & qualify candidates
    • Check references
    • Coordinate interviews
    • Present offers
    • Negotiate offers & acceptance
    • Follow up with clients and candidates after placement to ensure match
    • Provide exemplary customer service
    • Meet all personal production and sales goals


Job Requirements

 

    • College Degreed
    • Strong competencies in business development, sales or recruiting
    • Working knowledge of Bullhorn or applicant tracking system
    • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter

Qualifications:

 

    • Five years + recruiting experience within a successful organization or healthcare recruiting firm
    • Proven success and production; aggressive and inspired
    • Strong client focus and business acumen
    • Critical thinker, analytical and creative
    • Outstanding oral/written communication skills
    • Self-starter with strong project management skills
    • A team player with strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability in leadership
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, high energy environment
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver
    • Goal oriented, competitive and driven; athletes a +
