As our Account Manager for Orthopedic Devices, you will be energized by generating deep penetration in reprocessing programs through ongoing management of account relationships at all levels with the facility.
Your drive to excel will be evident as you manage all aspects of the customer selling lifecycle in order to achieve consistent, profitable and sustainable revenue through the promotion, selling, supporting and servicing of solutions to customers. Collaborating with other Medical Sales Representatives in developing and maintaining key strategic business relationships in alignment with Health Care Compliance Guidelines will be vital in this role.

Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager (Medical Sales /Marketing)
The self-motivated and highly organized Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative will engage in medical sales/marketing by meeting on a regular basis with hospital administrators, departmental directors and managers. You will be reviewing their saving results and exploring opportunities for incremental savings by conveying the value proposition.
Additional responsibilities for the Account Manager include:
- Optimizing revenue at existing customers, particularly via the education/orientation of physicians and clinical staff to ensure support of Orthopedics programs
- Demonstrating the ability to handle customer orthopedic product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with training methodology
