ROTATING BI-YEARLY SHIFTS: 24/7 shift bids every 6 months. 24/7 call center department.
Extensive skills pre-screening and testing administered. Typing and Microsoft office assessments issued
- Provide operational and technical assistance to end-users utilizing POS systems while maintaining international World Class Customer Service.
- Dispatch and monitor authorized service contractors.
- Monitor and resolve daily tasks, alarms and requirements.
- Reply and follow up via emails and calls to customers and contractors
- Able to work and adjust schedules to meet business needs in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Will accept calls and assist customers in a fast pace, call center environment. - Call center experience preferred.
