OR Manager (Director Role)

Gritman Medical Center is located in Moscow, ID. In addition to Moscow’s fine business and educational reputation, the city’s art community has gained national attention.  Moscow is located just across the border from Pullman, WA which is the home of Washington State University. About the Hospital

Gritman Medical Center is a not-for-profit community hospital. Gritman is a Critical Access Hospital that does not function like a typical CAH. Shared Governance is embraced. Job Requirements 

About the Position

The OR Manager (Director Role) oversees 4 OR’s which include General, Ortho, and OBGyn surgeries. Reports to the CNO. 1150 procedures per year.

 

Benefits: $85-91K. Excellent benefits which includes Flexible Benefit Program, Paid Time Off, 401K, and Relocation Assistance.


Requirements:  BSN required, Master’s preferred. 3-5 years of management in Surgical Services. Experience with quality, shared governance, and evidence-based medicine STRONGLY preferred. CNOR certification.
