So, don’t get stuck making the same paycheck each week - the Rental Sales Agent’s compensation plan consists of an hourly rate + an incentive plan with the potential to make an extra 78K annually.

Rental Sales Agent’s salary is base plus uncapped commission. Rental Sales Agents are responsible for conducting face to face sales presentations for optional items including coverage packages, vehicle upgrades, and fuel and navigation units, using traditional and proven sales techniques to overcome price and product objections while providing excellent customer service.

Rental Sales Agents must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

 

 



Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience

 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

• At least 12 months of commission based sales experience.

 

• Valid driver's license as required by state.
