Data Entry Specialist / Price Book Data Entry

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist / Price Book Data Entry Specialist for our Fremont, CA office.

The Data Entry Specialist would need to understand and maintain our price book structure and would be responsible for correctly entering in information regarding our retails, vendors, costs and purchases.

Prior experience in the convenience store industry is a definite plus, as is familiarity with the NACS department structure.
Experience with a back office system is a must and we prefer candidates who have worked with PDI (although training would be provided to the right candidate)

Requirements

Ability to multi task
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years min. of Price book data entry experience
Prefer previous experience in the Industry
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidades preferred and highly encouraged to apply
