Auto Finance & Insurance Manager

Atlantic Chevrolet/Cadillac is very busy and rapidly expanding. We are looking for F& I managers for both our new and pre-owned dealerships. This is a key position within our organization and we want the best!
F & I Manager Purpose:
The Automotive F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to new and used car customers and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Automotive F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
- Sell Extended Warranties and all other after market items.
- Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
- Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- Handle all rate quotations.
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Establish and meet monthly objectives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Automotive F & I Manager position is a professional in all areas including Bank/GPU, and Menu Selling. This is a high profit opportunity and we want the best. We expect all paperwork and documentation to be perfect.
In addition we expect:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills.
GM experience is preferred.
