Position Summary
The Marketing Representative is responsible for sales production, developing new agents, and agency management of sales and new business flow. The individual will be the key point person for building and managing agency relationships and effectively teaming with underwriting, product management, claims, and customer service.
This position must be able to strategically partner with agents to drive agency growth.

Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent in experience and or training
- At least 6 years of Personal Lines experience, including Underwriting, Claim and or Marketing/Agency experience or the equivalent in related work experience.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the personal lines business in the state of PA and track record with established relationships a plus.
- Organization and planning - ability to manage a territory and effectively manage multiple business priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Goal setting- ability to establish territorial goals and plans that provide long term favorable results for the business.
- Team participation- ability to contribute to the common effort as well as rely on others to achieve mutual objectives.
- Customer Service- Demonstrating the ability to develop excellent rapport with agents and other company personnel
- Communicates ideas and information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to negotiate and persuade in a manner that gains support and commitment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Candidates will be required to complete a skills assessment test for this position.
This position will need to live in Pennsylvania and work from home. This job also requires daily local travel and some overnight travel. A company car is provided.
