Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift

Leading manufacturer and supplier of fine bakery & food ingredients is currently seeking a hands-on supervisor with a knack for maintaining positive employee relations.  This position oversees and directs operation within a fast-paced, busy environment.  As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for all outbound shipping activities, including implementation of new practices, inventory control, labor relations, equipment management employee training, and sanitation.  

Essential Duties:

• Oversees shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment, and truck loading
• Checks all shipped orders
• Invoices routes
• Sets loading schedule each night
• Other duties as assigned to meet company goals

Qualifications:

• Two to four years related supervisor experience and/or training
• Five years experience in a food distribution warehouse.
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Forklift certification
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Education:

• Two year college degree or technical school
• Equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• AIB knowledge is preferred but not required.
