Sales Consultant

Due to our consistent growth and progressive business objectives we are looking for “career-minded" Sales Consultants to join our growing teams in the Dallas/ Ft Worth area! We currently have openings in BOTH our Dallas & Ft. Worth locations!   

As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for:

Selling Duties
- Greet Customers who come onto the lot or into the store
- Answer incoming calls
- Place outgoing calls to past and potential customers
- Enter statements & new prospects in the computer system
- Coordinate vehicle selection with guidance of the Store Manager as needed
- Negotiate selection, terms, and down payment with customers as needed
- Ride with customers on test drives as needed
- Print and sign closing documents as needed
- Solicit outside referral sources at other dealerships

General Duties
- Handle customer complaints in prompt & professional manner
- Organize & rearrange the inventory as directed by the manager
- Willingly participate in sales training; work to steadily improve your sales performance & effectiveness as outlined in the training manual and as directed by manager
- Walk the lot as directed by store manger to generate activity & review the inventory
- Maintain the store & sales lot appearance & cleanliness

Requirements Requirements:
- Previous Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Strong verbal in-person & telephone communications, Good customer service, problem-solving & independent work skills.

- Basic understanding of math concepts specifically related to vehicle purchases (i.e. down payments, regular payments, principal and interest)
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment criminal background & motor vehicle records inquiries, and results of those inquiries must be consistent with company requirements
- Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays
