Description Social Worker, MSW
A full time, benefited opening providing a variety of in-home social work services to clients and their families with the goal of reducing or controlling the psychosocial factors that may be impediments to patients' treatment, recovery, or ability to remain in the setting of choice. Responsibilities include providing case management, assessments and developing short and long term goals for clients, etc.

Requirements An MSW degree is required with at least two years of experience strongly desired. VT licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) is preferred. Strong counseling skills and knowledge of various community resources are also necessary.
