Test Support Analyst-Test and Evaluation

Shee Atiká Technologies is an Alaska Native Corporation SBA 8(a) Enterprise and veteran owned small disadvantaged business that provides products and services for the aerospace and defense industries. We provide an array of engineering, technical support services, resource planning and management services for these specific industries. Our goal is to provide our clients with actionable solutions to their engineering, technical and management challenges. 

Currently, SAT has an opening for a Test Support Analyst in our Camp Pendleton, CA location supporting the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) Capability Certification Test (MC3T).  The analyst will provide pre-test, test conduct and post-test analysis support.  A focus of testing could include, but is not necessarily limited to fielded Aviation Command and Control platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development of test plans, test procedures and test scripts

• Conduct tests by verifying adherence to the test plans and test scripts

• Documentation of observed system performance, noting anomalies and apparent system failures

• Analyze data and reports to validate performance characteristics and generate test reports to be submitted to the customer

• Attend pre-test briefs, post-test briefs and technical review boards at the conclusion of the data analysis cycle to provide technical clarification.

• Coordinate with multiple government and civilian agencies across multiple functional areas to ensure test requirements are met  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering or similar field
• Current experience with test and evaluation

• Software testing a plus
• DAU/DAWIA T&E level 3 or higher certification a plus
• Experience with any military service testing a plus
• Current experience with Command, Control, and Communication, Computers Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) a plus
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Able to work independently
• Familiarity working in an integrated product team environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to create documentation in standardized formats
• Current Secret clearance or above
