Description
RESIDENTIAL TEAM DIRECTOR
Full-time Residential Team Director position available in Freeville. A Residential Team Director will provide leadership and manage daily operations of a 4-5 person IRA or assist in the leadership and management of a 10-12 person IRA, including planning, organizing and delegating tasks to be performed. He or she will assume the role of mentor to assigned staff. The Team Director will ensure that appropriate care, following NYS Regulations, is given to each Program Participant. He or she is responsible for setting the tone for the program that reflects Franziska Racker Centers' values as defined in the Mission, Vision, Guiding Principles, and policies, procedures, and operations.

Requirements
RESIDENTIAL TEAM DIRECTOR
In addition to above requirements, Team Directors must possess supervisory experience and effective oral and written communication. Also, the ability to physically assist individuals so that they may participate in their programs, including lifting and direct care. Bachelor's degree required, or Associate's degree with a continuing education plan. Supervisory experience needed. A valid NYS drivers license is required, in addition to meeting Franziska's requirements for approved driver status; three years driving experience, at least twenty years of age, and a clean driving record.
