Responsibilities include:

• Providing exemplary level of customer service, tours of our community, using feature and benefit selling techniques.
• Marketing the community in the surrounding area.
• Securing leases on available apartments.
• Administrative paperwork and prospect follow up including but not limited to entering prospect information into Property Management software, lease preparation and marketing reports.
• Ability to remain organized, multi-task and work well under pressure.

• 1+ years experience
• Strong communication skills
• Some weekend hours required
• Bilingual Preferred
