Qualifications:

• Proven past sales skills or high desire with indicated ability to learn sales (we will train new college graduates who show strong desire and initiative).
• 4-year college degree is highly recommended and preferred.
• Excellent verbal skills with a positive attitude (perky works as we have no grumps on premises here!)
• Strong written skills + solid typing (50 wpm+) and computer keyboard skills are required; familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel a plus
• You must hold a valid Illinois Life and Health Producer license on your start date 
• We’ll then also buy and maintain ownership of your out-of-state licenses
• Must speak, read and write perfect English 
• No criminal conviction history, no current bankruptcy, no current bad credit, no current overdue bills or any pending court dates and nothing in collections! (our insurance companies have tough standards as to who they will appoint as agents and we'll need to get you appointed with 35 companies and licensed in up to 49 other states) 
• Must be ready, willing and able to adhere to strict procedures, scripts and rules of conduct in a fast-paced call center environment
• No more than 3 employers since 2005 (sorry, we just can't afford to hire, train, manage and invest in chronic job-hoppers).
