Director of Business Development
Our client, a start up online marketing company, has requested we conduct a search for a Director of Business Development with at least 8 years of online marketing experience. This fast growing, privately held company is developing a great team and this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor in agressively penetrating new and existing markets. This position will be responsible for aggressively penetrating new online markets and candidate must be comfortable making tough decisions and negotiating in complex, fast changing, high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate is expected to bring extensive online marketing knowledge, long-standing relationships, and organizational experience to help contribute to the growth of the organization.
Requirements
- Must have at least 8-10 years of online marketing experience
- Proven track record of growing businesses through diligent sales and operations.
- Proven ability to lead, manage and coach teams.
- Must have ability to articulate analytical concepts and statistical analyses.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to lead mutiple projects simultaneously.
- BA/BS degree, MBA preferred.
