DIRECTOR OF NURSING

We have a great opportunity for a Director of Nursing to work for a non-profit CCRC facility near beautiful San Diego, Ca.

This is a larger sized facility serving the San Diego area for over 60 years and is offering the DON a generous salary, good health benefits, a PTO plan and a retirement plan.

The Director of Nursing directs, manages & supervises the Nursing and Assisted Living departement programs in accordance with the company's policy/procedures. 

The candidate for this DON position must have a current California RN license, have a minimum of 5 years DON experience in a SNF, CCRC or Assisted Living community, and have 2 years Supervisory or Admin. experience.
