Service Supervisor

The primary responsibilty of this job is to acquire and maintain lasting customer relationships through world-class service quality.  Specific duties include managing routes; meeting financial objectives, planning staffing, compliance and building a team that delievers top rated customer service.

1. 3+ years expereince in uniform and textile rental industry
2. Route Supervision experience
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Customer Service focused with a sence of urgency attitude
5. Troubleshoot problem, indentify and implement lasting solutions
6. Budgeting and goal setting experience.

Service Manager

The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct and develop all quality initiatives and aspects related to customer relations and service management.

1. Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in Route Management experience: uniform                             business, beverage or commerical bakery business candidates are highly preferred
2. Ability to manage a route environment
3. 5 years route management experience
4. Ability to analyze sales opportunites
5. Detail oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management and excellent overall communication skills (oral and written)
