Position Summary

 

The Implementation Manager leads our clients through the implementation of web-based ClaimTrust healthcare revenue cycle applications.  This position serves as the product expert in guiding our clients through all activities for successful implementation. 

 

Essential Functions and Tasks

 

1.       Define/initiate, plan, monitor, execute, control, and close implementation projects utilizing proven project management concepts.  Key steps will include kickoff coordination/leadership, configuration data collection, regular status reporting with cient stakeholders, and project team management.

2.       Coordinate transmission set up (including FTP, ANSI 837, ANSI 835, and proprietary supplemental files) with client’s IT team to ensure all files are regularly processed without incident.

3.       Manage multiple projects and coordinate other implementation specialist’s project work in order to successfully implement multiproduct contracts.

4.       As needed, capable of managing complex software interface needs with client’s HIS and PAC.

5.       Facilitate client workflow process discovery interviews for optimal setup of workflow modules and perform end user training.

6.       Support client through go-live and transition to our support team.  Conduct post-live survey to ensure accurate measure of implementation project performance and continuous improvement.

 

Also responsible for:

  • Maintaining and continuous improvement of Implementation documentation including project & test plans, training plans, and assisting with update of user guides, system setup processes, and training materials.

  • Developing QA procedures and benchmarking to insure edit and workflow implementations are complete and accurate.

  • Contributing to process and product improvement initiatives

Requirements

Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.  PMP preferred.

Work experience requires:

 

  • 5-7 years minimum healthcare revenue cycle including Hospital billing/coding experience at the supervisor or manager level. 

  • Meditech, HMS, Seimens healthcare revenue cycle applications a plus.

  • Experience implementing Revenue Cycle software

  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous Experience with VISIO and/or Microsoft Project preferred

  • High attention to detail, proven results, and deadline focused

  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills

  • Comfort in handling concurrent projects and thriving in fast-paced environment

 

Up to 50% travel.

 

Position is located in Murfreesboro, TN.
