Senior Financial Analyst

 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of the accounting and finance processes including A/R, A/P, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation and analysis, work with outside auditors, etc. In addition, you will perform financial modeling as well as the following duties: 

• Prepare monthly P&L reports and account entries

• Utilize knowledge of accounting rules and principles, including GAAP

• Implement accounting control procedures

• Coordinate and develop end to end financial plans for the company; forecast creation and analysis

 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

•  Dedication to going the extra mile

• Self-motivated, patient and adaptable

• Excellent time management

• Proactive problem solving capabilities

• Entrepreneurial and team oriented spirit

• Fun, dynamic individual with out of the box ideas

• 5-10 years accounting/finance experience

• 5-10 years analytical experience

• Strong technical skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Experience in QuickBooks and other financial software packages including, but not limited to, Great Plains, Oracle, etc.; financial system implementation experience a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and/or Finance

• CPA preferred; MBA a plus
