Description
Licensed Home Health Care company with an office in Rochester is looking for a Personnel/ HR Coordinator. This position is responsible for recruiting new applicants, interviewing/ processing applications, making hiring decisions and payroll. Once hired, employees will be tracked for ongoing compliance. Company is looking for a self starter. Ideal candidate will be able to multi task and work in a busy environment. This is a great position for someone with 1-2 years HR experience, or a recent graduate of a HR program. Must have good computer skills. A creative side for sourcing of applicants is a plus!
 
Requirements
Recent college graduate of a HR program is a plus. This can be substituted by HR experience in healthcare and/or staffing.
