General Manager/ Assistant General Manager

A client of SOI's who are operators of retail restaurant outlets in non-traditional locations, is currently seeking  experienced General Manager and Assistant General Manager Candidates in the Chicago area (50 mile radius). Candidates will possess high volume quick service experience. This opportunity consists of multiple food service outlets within a consolidated facility. Candidates must meet requirements to be considered.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring 100% guest service satisfaction
• Ensuring product preparation and quality meets all company and franchise standards
• Ability to meet company cost control standards
• Ability to hire, train and supervise management and subordinate staff
• Ability to adapt and manage within a high volume, tourist traffic environment

In order to successfully perform the duties required of the position, qualified candidates will possess:

• At least 5 years of experience
• High School Diploma
• Advanced education and/or training in hospitality management a plus
• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Understanding that the guest is our #1 priority
• Multiple outlet operations experience a plus
