  • 25% inside sales
  • 75% outside sales
  • Calling on small - medium sized companies
  • Pre-generated leads are provided
  • $80K+ first year with the opportunity to step into management within 12 months

     

     

    • Requirements THESE ARE MUST HAVES!!! If you do not meet these requirements YOU WILL NOT be considered:
    • 4 year College Degree
    • 1+ year of outside or inside business to business sales
    • Prospecting experience
    • NO MORTGAGE BACKGROUNDS 
    • Not out of work for longer than 60 days
    • No more than 2 jobs in 5 years 

    Position:

    • Meeting clients in person
    • Calling on sm-med companies
    • Prospecting/New Business Development
    • Great training including a week in Oklahoma City

    Compensation:

    • $40K base (Average first year $75K-$85K+)
    • Base salary increases 10K after 300K in revenue and another 10K after 600k in revenue
    • Car and Cell allowance
