Restland Memorial Park is expanding its Pre-Need Sales Departments and Family Service Departments.  Restland Memorial Park is located in East Hanover, New Jersey, and is staffed by dedicated professionals who provide compassionate, quality service.  The Cemetery offers all types of burials, including in-ground lots, mausoleum entombments and cremations.

 

Job Description:

 

We are looking for career-minded individuals who seek full-time employment as Cemetery Sales Counselors.  This recession-proof opportunity may be the perfect position for you if you like working withpeople, want the freedom to work flexible hours, and desire above-average compensation + incentives commensurate with performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including:  Health, Dental, Life, 401(k) with Employer Match, and Paid Vacation.

 

Duties:

 

  • Counsel families making advance planning and immediate-need arrangements.
  • Involvement with the community to provide a level of education to families on the benefits of prearranging cemetery property.
  • Acquire new client relationships by following up on leads and referrals during the day, evening and weekend as required.

Salary Range of $45,000 - 75,000 first year income potential
