HELP DESK ANALYST -- 40 EXCLUSIVE POSITIONS (IMMEDIATE STAFF REQUIRED)
Collabera is looking to add 40 Help Desk Analysts to staff a project for one of its Fortune 100 Financial Services clients. All the positions are for immediate hire!
Roles and Responsibilites:
Ideal candidate will have strong help desk support / desktop support experience couple with great customer services and telephone skills.
The team will be working on addressing tickets assigned at Level 2 – mostly related to MS office application troubleshooting, operating systems (XP/Win 7), regular desktop support related work.
Activities include, but are not limited to:
Accept inbound customer incidents/requests and be capable of resolving 25 tickets per day per tech through the use of a Knowledge Base and individual research or team collaboration.
The team will use client’s in-house developed ticketing system as well as Peregrine Service Center,
Additionally the team will use Internet Explorer, Communicator and Outlook
