T & E Paralegal / Trust and Estate Paralegal

 

 

 

Seeking a T & E Paralegal with extensive estate administration from initialization of the estate to the final distribution.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

Trust and Estate Paralegal:

 

  • Must be familiar with probate & administration forms, Surrogate Court procedures, Thomson fast tax program for US Estate Tax Return and Ancillary probate proceedings. 
  • Must be client and customer service oriented for this role.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.

  • Must have 706 Tax Preparation experience
