Director Retail Marketing

Director of Retail Marketing responsible for marketing hundreds of real estate auction events across the country every month.  Responsibilities include strategic campaign development and management to grow market share and drive auction participation across multiple platforms including on site, online and television.

Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years retail marketing experience. This is a complex, tactical, detailed, fast paced job that requires a highly organized, motivated driver, great communicator, and strong leader with extensive retail marketing background. Must have multi-channel, direct marketing experience, with a proven ability to spearhead creative design, advertising messaging and audience segmentation.  Must be able to analyze campaign performance.
