Facility Maintenance Technician

About the Opportunity-

We need a talented individual to fill the role of Facilities Maintenance Technician for U-Haul. In this position, you will be the one who maintains and repairs U-HAUL® facilities including moving centers, storage centers and other U-Haul buildings in the surrounding area. Perform duties including plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, and repair or maintenance of central heating and air conditioning systems. Responsible for all routine roof and signage inspections. Must have HVAC and electrical experience or certification for this position.

Requirements Qualifications:

Experience with plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, and repair or maintenance of central heating and air conditioning systems.

Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance.

Assisted at facilities coordination.

Maintains a safe work environment.

Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
