• Play a key role in this fast-paced office 
• Open title 
• Prepare escrow instructions
• Order payoffs
• Prepare estimates
• Audit, fund and record packages 
• Assist Escrow Officers in all facets of the client's transaction

• 3 + years experience in residential escrow required
• Recent experience preferred
• Experience working with re sales 
• A service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills: written, in person, and by phone
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
