Green Construction-Sustainability Manager

Job Description: Large Construction Company is seeking a senior level construction manager with "Green Building" experience. This position will require estimating, and pre construction and post construction development. The ideal candidate must have experience in commercial buildings. Other required experience includes cost differentials for mechanical and electrical usage, cost procedures, and energy efficiency.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:

Must have 15 years of Construction experience with a minimum of 5 years of "Green Buildings." A LEED AP is also required. This position also requires Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal.) Candidate must be innovative and continuouslsly exploring Green Construction options. Must have Commercial Construction experience with projects exceeding $100 million.
