We are seeking a additional team member to work closely with our clients.
As a Staffing/Recruiting Manager you will be responsible for:

* Developing an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the
availability of qualified applicants to meet current and
anticipated needs

* Providing exemplary customer service to ensure client and
employee retention

* Increasing revenue of existing accounts by working
closely with account management and sales team

You should have strong organizational and communication skills; ability to be flexible and adaptable to change; computer literacy, and ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary

2 + years recruiting experience

Excellent computer skills,

Excellent communication skills

Excellent listening skills

Team Player

Able to work 8am-5pm and 12pm-9pm shift ...flex some days 1st shift others 2nd shift Mon-Fri

Occasionally assist with weekend emergency on-call back up
