Initiate and executes, under general guidance from supervisor, a marketing plan for direct marketing initiatives targeting past Norwegian Cruise Line guests and prospects in order to deliver improved response rates, click through rates, leads, bookings and improved past guest repeat rates.
Builds new customer segments to make communications more efficient and to improve relationship with customers. Develops new prospect list sources including working with partners’ lists.
Designs new response models and analyzes and tests existing models for effectiveness. Makes recommendations to supervisor and implements changes accordingly.
Determines and tests acquisition contact strategies. Creates triggered acquisition communications.
Designs traditional mail and email campaigns, including but not limited to:

Communicating the Norwegian Cruise Line value proposition and brand identity

Determining list selection and overseeing mail pulls

Producing creative briefs and managing creative process

Providing direction to agency regarding package design

Working with Norwegian Cruise Line’s Revenue Management Department and marketing partners to create powerful offers and verify terms and conditions of programs

Managing budget per project within established guidelines
Maintains a positive business relationship with all appropriate internal and external partners.
Develops a strong working relationship with the advertising agency.
Creates reporting tools and manages on a weekly basis. Incorporates all key learning into future plans.
Produces annual mail plan and production calendar across channels and manages throughout the year.
Performs other job related functions as assigned.
