Job Description

Now Hiring!  In the Twin Cities for 20+ years, EHS Hospitality represents more than 50 of the industry’s premier restaurants and hospitality companies in Minnesota and beyond.


We’re currently working with more than 20 restaurants to fill nearly 50 positions that will provide the right candidates with career advancement opportunities, competitive salaries, and attractive benefits packages.


While we are required to maintain our clients’ anonymity online, we are excited to share the following information on current openings:

  • General Manager, Asst GM, Exec Chef, Sous Chef:  Experienced restaurant professionals needed for GM, AGM, EC, and SC positions at several upscale restaurant locations set to open soon in the Twin Cities.  Amazing opportunities for the right individuals!  Starting salaries of up to $75, depending upon position and experience.

  • FOH Managers:  FOH Manager needed at locations in Eagan, downtown Minneapolis, Roseville, and Woodbury. These are great positions with a lot of room for advancement and career development.  Up to $60k and benefits.

  • Bar Manager:  DT Minneapolis restaurant seeking Bar Manager to lead large bartending team, manage extensive inventory, and oversee bar operations for crowds that are largely event-driven.  Great opportunity at a great, well-known location.  Starting salary of $40-45k plus benefits.

  • Chef:  Two positions – one in Minneapolis (up to $80k), and one in downtown Rochester (up to $65k plus relocation assistance).  Sous Chef position is also open at the Rochester location (up to $42).

  • FOH/BOH Manager:  Twin Cities-area sports bar seeks professional to lead FOH and BOH teams.  Competitive starting salary of up to $50k.

  • Restaurant Managers:  Great opportunities to grow your career in the Quick/Counter Service sector.  Multiple positions available, each with competitive compensation, benefits, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

  • Sous Chef:  Seeking sous chefs for multiple Twin Cities-based chef-driven restaurants.  Great opportunity for someone with at least two years of experience and the ability to bring creativity to menu development.  Base salary of up to $60k plus benefits.

  • GM/AGM:  General Manager and Assistant General Managers needed for dining and entertainment venues in the Twin Cities metro area and NW suburbs.  Base salary for GM of up to $55k, and $45k for AGMs. 

  • Catering Sales and Marketing Manager:  Distinctive Minneapolis dining destination seeking to fill sales-driven position with a restaurant professional that has the know-how needed to grow a strong catering business.  Great starting salary ($40-50k), plus benefits and bonuses.

  • Assistant Manager:  Advance your management career at one of two, well-known gourmet pizza restaurants, both with multiple locations.  Competitive salary (up to $40k), benefits, and bonus and advancement opportunities available for the right candidates.

  • Service/FOH Manager:  Service Manager needed at upscale restaurant featuring freshly prepared authentic Italian cuisine.  Individual will supervise FOH staff and work to provide guests with exceptional service.  Attractive starting salary of $50k, with benefits available.
