This position is located in GULF SHORES, ALABAMA. Preference will be given to local candidates, however FL Licensed CAM's may be considered. In Alabama a Community Association License (CAM) is not a requirement - however you MUST have considerable Condo Association management to apply. This position provides:
• Management
• Direction and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with The Continental Group objectives
• Community Association Managers have extensive Condo management experience. Some Property Managers are certified and licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM) - however in Alabama this is not a state requirement for this position.
Requirements
- Must have solid experience managing Condominium Associations and dealing with multiple Condominium Boards and their meetings.
- Clear understanding of diverse budget preparation and maintenance and interpretation of financial statements. Solid grasp of P&L and budgets, experience in preparation and presentation of financial reports is a must
- Minimum of 3+ years previous association management experience dealing with high end luxury properties, high rise, and condominium properties, garden-style, HOA and Master PUD’s
- Start-up property management, Hospitality/Hotel experience preferred
- Must possess strong management, supervisory, and organizational skills along with a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Must be detail oriented and possess superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity
- Professional and polished business appearance is required
- Must demonstrate proficiency and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications with special emphasis on Excel & Word
- B.A. degree, preferably with business administration/accounting emphasis will be a plus.
