Location: Easton Operations Center
This position requires basic technical and product knowledge in the daily responsibilities of performing outbound phone sales with a focus on building and broadening existing customer insurance relationships using multiple Huntington Insurance products.
This position places outbound calls to review current insurance program and explore customer's insurance needs.
Responsibilities will include quoting and/or referring Huntington Insurance products; explaining features and benefits of each product or endorsement.
Makes sales referrals to specialized areas and staff based on analyses with available tools.
Uses insurance systems such as Sagitta and quoting system to perform quoting and documentation of actions.
Demonstrates initiative and ability to consistently meet specific production goals.
Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations.
This position will interact closely with Insurance partners and/or Call Center Bankers to meet customer needs.
Assignments are regularly monitored and work is screened according to agency standards.
This position will require limited independent decision making and will have moderate supervision from producer and management.
Education or Equivalent: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: Personal lines insurance product knowledge and P&C license required. 1-3 years of call center experience preferred.
