Survey Analyst, Land Operations

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Project Managers in management of project workflows by processing survey data, preparing CAD Drawing files, updating reports, interacting with internal as well as external clients.
• Research and compile historical information for project.
• Perform Survey related calculations manually or via software
• Be proficient with AutoCAD Land Development Software, Terramodel or have an understanding of DTM software.
• Be proficient with Trimble TGO Software.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office products. (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Understand the updating and retrieval of information in a GIS.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties required to upkeep drafting / data management department

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree in Surveying or related technical discipline from two-year College or technical school plus 4 years related experience; 5-7 years related experience , 4 years military topographic/survey analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Be proficient with CAD and DTM software.
• Be able to assist the Project Manager in managing portions of a project with limited to no supervision.
• Understands and practices sound surveying principles
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills 
• U.S. Work Authorization required

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to procure a passport. Some domestic and international travel may be required.
