Frequently Asked Questions:
When can I purchase services to begin operating a Taxi Business?
Upon completion of the introduction program, you are able to purchase services for as many or as few days as you would like. You must purchase services at least once per month to keep your contract active. Our Taxis are available throughout the day and evening to give you as much flexibility as possible.
What if I would like to explore other fleets that service other areas?
Your success as a taxi driver is important to us. If you feel that you could prosper in another fleet or area of town, you have the ability to switch to another fleet at any time (depending on fleet availability).
How should I dress as a taxi driver?
You are a representative of your own business; remember that First Impressions are important. Always remember to be well groomed and dressed in clean neatly pressed clothing. Show a welcoming smile. As a permit holder for the City of Orlando, you MUST adhere to the Chapter 55 dress code regulations (provided during the Taxi Driver Introduction Program).
