Make money doing the right thing for our Members! We are looking for driven, self-motivated, financial sales professionals interested in selling life insurance over the phone to our existing member base using a proven review process. Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
–Conduct outbound telephone calls to targeted members to:
1)Analyze current insurance coverage and identify income replacement/family protection needs
2)Provide insurance product recommendations that are suitable and consistent with member goals and objectives
3)Implement the insurance product recommendations with the member using existing systems and via telephone
–Respond to inbound telephone calls related to current insurance coverage and options for additional coverage
–Detailed knowledge of life insurance, as well as a belief in these products as solutions for family protection and income replacement goals
–Protect member and company interests by complying with federal and state regulations
–Accurately record all contact interaction into client management system
–Support the design, development, and refinement of marketing and sales initiatives

–College degree or the equivalent work experience
–Minimum of 1 - 2 years sales experience in the financial industry
–Current life and health insurance licenses preferred
–Securities licenses 6 and 63, or acquired within 6 months of hire date
Competencies:
–Excellent verbal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively via the telephone and quickly build rapport
–Ability to counter members’ initial concerns and/or objections and to provide effective solutions that address member needs
–Committed to working hard in exchange for a highly competitive compensation package with base salary, commissions, and full benefits
–General computer skills
–Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
