DE Mortgage Loan Underwriter-Must have current Direct Endorsement Number
Leading Reverse Mortgage Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking 2 Direct Endorsement Underwriters to start immediately. If you do not have a current DE Certification from HUD/FHA you will
NOT be considered!!! You
must have current Direct Endorsement Certification Number....we will verify with HUD/FHA and a
minimum 4 years experience underwriting mortgage loans..............no exceptions!
To be successful working with us you will need to be results-oriented, have a sense of urgency and a “can-do" attitude as well as being committed to dealing with our customers with complete integrity and honesty. In turn, you will be provided with the latest tools and technology, competitive programs and organizational support to meet the needs of our customers.
- Must possess Direct Endorsement Number issued by FHA/HUD and have at least four recent/current years FHA mortgage underwriting background.
- Prefer reverse mortgage experience.
Requirements
We are searching for individuals with a solid understanding of programs and procedures who can effectively interact with various departments. Candidates will need to be able to handle high volume levels, meet productivity standards, and maintain acceptable customer service levels at all times.
