Chemical Processing Technician

Rapidly growing fluid handling components manufacturer seeks a skilled Chemical Processing Technician.

Duties and Responsibilities

·  Develop procedures for the chemical processing of various metals.

·  Perform titration of various chemicals.

·  Document process procedures such that the transition from small volume builds to high volume builds flows smoothly.

·  Develop tooling to fabricate parts and assemblies.

·  Operate chemical/electrochemical processing equipment for production orders.

·  Thorough understanding of chemical processing of stainless steel and similar alloys.

·  Ability to solve problems with fluid delivery equipment.

·  Ability to communicate professionally verbal and in writing.

Education and Experience:

·  Requires a High School Diploma or GED.

·  Technical or Vocational training preferred.
