Roles include:
· Customer Service: Interacting with a diverse customer base with our proven product line of delivery solutions. Resolving specific customer inquiries and communicating customer feedback in order to improve our product line and operations. Working with our sales force to develop positive, productive relationships with our customer base.
· Operations: In-the-field working hands on in the areas of transportation management, warehouse logistics, facilities management, recruiting personnel, and contract administration. This is an opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills for managing a successful operation with a nationwide network of customers, including analyzing key performance indicators, auditing internal and external processes, assisting with new business opportunities, and defining best practices company-wide.
· Staffing Solutions/Human Resources: Strong interpersonal and marketing skills will be developed through personnel recruitment and orientation, contract administration, vendor research, and advertising via multiple mediums.

Requirements
· Must be 21+
· Must have clean MVR
· Must be able to pass drug screen and back ground check
· Must have great computer skills; familiar with MS Office
· Must be able to lift 60 lbs +
· Must be able to work flexible hours
· Must be able to learn hand held scanner technology
· Ability to practice effective recruiting, staffing, training & orientation strategies
· Experience in transportation industry or with independent contractors a plus
· Motivated, fast-track learner with a great attitude
