The Business Solutions Division offers exciting careers for corporate sales professionals. We are currently considering candidates for the following opening:

 

Position: Account Manager - Inside Sales (Technology Products)    

Location: Trumbull, CT

Reports to: District Sales Manager  

 

As an Account Manager for Tech Depot - a business unit of Office Depot, Inc. - you will be responsible for marketing technology solutions to corporate, government and educational sector clients.

 

The scope of this position is to manage and grow revenue and margin within a defined geographical region. Duties include, but are not limited to: creating sales opportunities, addressing inquiries on product, price and availability, quoting credit terms for orders obtained and  working with internal support associates to respond to customer service issues.


2+ years of related inside sales experience. BS degree preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Prior business-to-business sales experience from the technology sector is strongly preferred. Candidates must  possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
