The Cato Corporation, a leading specialty retailer of value-priced women’s fashion apparel based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking two Store Maintenance Help Desk Coordinators.
This position will support our retail store locations through a maintenance and repair call center. Responsibilities include receive, log and dispatch service calls; review and submit repair quotes for approval; and receive and audit invoices.
The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. Strong customer service background, proficient in Excel and Word, and strong written communication skills are required.
